Secret Sauce Limited — 秘醬有限公司 — was incorporated in Hong Kong in March 2016. 秘醬 translates literally as "secret sauce": the ingredient that makes a dish unmistakably yours. That is the whole job — finding what makes your business unmistakable, and building around it.
We are advisers, not a production house. Every engagement is scoped, delivered, and reviewed online, so clients anywhere can work with us — on Hong Kong time or their own.
We would rather tell you something uncomfortable in week one than something flattering in month six.
